Our clients range from businesses with 1 employee to businesses with over 5 000 employees. Afrocentic Dynamic Trading manages all the employment needs for a diverse range of businesses including Insurance, Investment, Construction and professional practices across all industries.

Skills Development

With Afrocentic Skills Development you can invest in your employees, by providing comprehensive training that will lead to an increase in your company's productivity and profitability, enabling you to claim back a percentage of your Skills Development Levies paid to SARS. Afrocentic Skills Development also assists clients with all Employment Equity matters.

Graduate programme

The Afrocentic Dynamic Graduate programme is a 12 month learning programme, where graduates who have just completed an appropriate 3 or 4 year qualification, complete a 12 month learning programme in selected disciplines. These graduates are employed as permanent employees and are placed in appropriate positions at the end of their graduate programme.

Employment Equity

We can help you comply with the Employment Equity Act by offering a variety of different services all adaptable to meet your organisations needs. From assisting in the coordination of appointing an Employment Equity Manager to the completion of EEA1 forms, we guarantee that you'll be able to comply with these regulations with our help.

BBBE SCORECARD

Afrocentic BEE not only assists businesses to apply the scorecard elements, but also advises on how to implement skills development and training – which has proved to be one of the biggest success factors in BEE transformation, with enhanced productivity and profits. Clients pay a once-off joining fee and a highly affordable monthly retainer to secure ongoing B-BBEE legal support.
